Fisher-Price Rechargeable Battery Features

Fisher-Price Rechargeable Battery, When my son was younger, he had the Fisher-Price Power Wheels Jeep Wrangler Sport. It was one of his favorite toys, and we were very happy with it. Until the battery stopped holding its charge (it didn’t last more than an hour). We weren’t sure what to do, since this model isn’t still in production. But since it’s such a popular toy among small children. I decided to find out if there are any viable rechargeable batteries for it.

How we chose this product

Fisher-Price is a great brand. Their toys are consistently high quality and are focused on educating children in addition to entertaining them. This battery for Fisher-Price power wheels is no exception. As it combines both entertainment and education into one rechargeable 12-volt vehicle battery package. The good news with these batteries is that they work as replacements for several vehicles made by Fisher-Price. So if you have an old car or truck lying around and you want to take it apart. And turn it into a toy car that your child can enjoy then keep reading. Keep in mind though that despite being produced by Fisher-Price, each product comes with unique features. Which need to be considered when determining whether they’re right for your needs.

Fisher-Price Power Wheels Electric Vehicle

The Fisher-Price Power Wheels Gator Ride-On is an electric vehicle that’s powered by a 12-volt rechargeable battery. The battery charges in just three hours, but its use varies greatly depending on how it’s used and what kind of terrain it’s driven on. Usually, you’ll get about an hour of run time from a fully charged battery, depending on your usage patterns. For example, if you’re only using it for driving up and down flat terrain at slow speeds then you’ll get more than an hour; if you’re driving uphill or over rough terrain at faster speeds then you’ll get less than an hour of runtime.

The Pros of Electric Vehicle Battery

One of our biggest complaints with Fisher-Price is that they don’t produce a 12-volt rechargeable battery. It doesn’t make sense to us because their vehicles require a 6 or 12-volt battery and in an era where we are all being asked to be more green, these batteries would have less impact on our planet. Since there isn’t a Fisher-Price option, you can get a rechargeable version made by other companies that will fit perfectly into your power wheels vehicle. We picked up one of these batteries for our toddler’s power wheels and she loves it!

The Cons of Electric Vehicle Battery

Although it is great that you can recharge your battery, it is difficult to tell when you need to charge it. You should always try to remember to plug in your car after playing for about an hour or so, but sometimes a busy day will get in your way and you won’t be able to do so. The other problem with having a rechargeable battery is that you can only use your car when it is plugged into an outlet; if there happens to be a power outage in your neighborhood, you won’t be able to drive until power has been restored.
